Q: How much does delivery cost?
A:
Delivery is from only £5.25 to any destination in the UK. However please contact us for delivery charges outside of this area and we will be happy to give you a quote. We only charge the actual cost of postage.

Q: Can I arrange delivery to a different address from the Invoice address
A
: Yes you can, this can be done when placing your order. 

Q: Can you leave a delivery with my neighbour?
A:
 We can only deliver to the delivery address given to us by you. We can certainly deliver to your neighbour if you give us that address to deliver to. Deliveries will not be left in garages or outhouses. All deliveries must be signed for.

Q: Can I pay by cheque.
A: Certainly. We welcome payment by cheque. Simply choose the 'Pay by Cheque' option at checkout. You do not have to send us the order as we will already have a copy of it. The cheque must be in the name of the person ordering the goods. We will confirm both receipt of your cheque and despatch of your goods seperately via email.The cheque will be cleared prior to goods being dispatched.

Q: Can I place my order over the telephone

Q:How long will delivery take
A
:This is usually within 24 hours of placing your order, if you pay by credit card. Please make allowance for peak trading times, as an example Christmas we may take an extra 24 hours due to the extra load of orders. If you require your order urgently we suggest you mention this and we can try to accomodate your dates.

Q:What happens if I do not receive the order within the expected delivery time
A
:We will always notify you when an order has be dispatched and delivery should normally be within 24 hours if you feel the parcel is late you can contact us on  01939 270343 or use the tracking option to trace your parcel online.

Q:Can I return the product.
A:Yes if you have a change of mind or indeed do not like the product it can be returned as long as it finds its way back in good condition and no rips to the packaging.

Q:Is the web site secure
A:Yes, we can assure you the payment section of our website is secure. All areas of the site containing your personal information are padlocked.

Q:Are my credit card details secure
A
:Yes, we have a very secure system, the authorisation process checks that the card is registered to your address and validates all the information given, a cross check if you like.
